  • 4 Programs I offer

#1 Tighten Up & Come Out Swinging

How to take Advantage of a bad Economy

There are opportunities here if you know where to look. More about how I work with companies to discover them is HERE

    #2 Company Transformation

    (Extreme Make Over when required)
The transformation involves the entire company. We look at where you are, where you want to go and design a plan to get there. Then we provide training, facilitation and coaching to you and your people to implement the plan and bring about the changes and growth you want. This process considers the following:

    • Systems We look at your operation through the lens of 48 different systems that successful companies use. We determine which ones are perfect for now, which are in crisis and which merely could use improvement.
    • Capacity Which aspects of your company are running at capacity, and where do you have excess capacity you aren’t fully utilizing?
    • Stage What stage is your company at? When should you be preparing for the next stage? What will that look like? Which is likely to be the end stage?
    • Plateaus of Profitability Company growth (and financing rounds) should be designed to move you from one plateau of profit to the next. It’s critical that you don’t get stuck in the “valley” between two plateaus. Any growth plan needs to consider these profit points.

    #3 Founder to CEO

The work of a founder is very different from the work of a CEO. A small company doesn’t usually need a full-time CEO but it does need the person at the top to devote some effort to the CEO function. This program determines how much CEO time your company needs and helps the founder develop the skills required to function effectively as CEO.

    #4 Phone Coaching

Many CEOs and executives find it useful to have as a sounding board, someone who is familiar with your situation but has no agenda other than your success (as you define it). Two or three scheduled phone calls a month lasting about 60 minutes provide a way to clarify your thinking and decision making process. They help you to stay focused on those important but not urgent items which are hard to schedule. You have time to see the forest, not just the trees.

All Programs come with a license to use the models, templates, forms and other intellectual property I’ve developed – even after our work together is finished.
